Using this site

This website is operated by EZ Financial Fitness, LLC (EZ Financial Fitness). By using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the public website only. Work we do for clients is governed by a signed engagement letter, and the Client Portal is governed by its own terms.

Educational content, no client relationship

Everything on this site, including the Insights articles, the Financial Fitness Checkup, the free checklists and the digital products, is general education. It is not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice for your situation. Using the site, finishing the Checkup, downloading a checklist or buying a product does not make you a client and does not create any professional relationship with EZ Financial Fitness, LLC. A client relationship begins only when both of us sign an engagement letter. The full statement is on our Disclaimer page.

Professional services and payments

Tax preparation, bookkeeping, tax strategy, business formation support and advisory services are provided only under a signed engagement letter. The engagement letter sets out the scope of the work, the fees, when payment is due, any deposit and how cancellations and refunds are handled. Invoices for services are paid securely in our Client Portal by bank transfer or card. We never see or store full card or bank account numbers. Digital products

Digital products are coming soon. The terms in this section apply once they launch.

Purchase and delivery

Digital products are sold through a checkout page operated by Intuit QuickBooks Payments. We do not see or store your card or bank details. After payment you receive a receipt from Intuit and a separate email from us with a download link, usually within a few minutes. Bank payments are delivered once the payment clears. Each link expires after a limited time and a limited number of downloads. If a link never arrives or has expired, use the re-send page. Re-sends are limited to three in any 30-day period.

Refund policy for digital goods

Because digital products are delivered immediately, all sales are final once a download link has been issued. If your file will not open, you bought the same product twice, or you believe you were charged in error, email dahliad@ezfinancialfitness.com within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right with a replacement file, a corrected version or a refund of a duplicate charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through QuickBooks Payments.

License

Your purchase grants one person, or one business, a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may customize it for your own use. You may not resell, share, publish, sublicense or redistribute the product or any derivative of it, remove EZ Financial Fitness branding from the original files, or use it to provide services to third parties without written permission. All rights not granted are reserved by EZ Financial Fitness, LLC.

Product disclaimer

Each product is an educational tool. It is not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice for your situation and it does not create a client relationship. Figures, rates, thresholds and deadlines reflect the rules in effect on the version date shown in the file and may change. Verify them against current IRS and state guidance before you rely on them. Results depend on the information you enter. EZ Financial Fitness, LLC is not responsible for decisions made using a product. For advice about your facts, book a consultation.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars on the product page at the time of purchase. Whether sales tax applies to a digitally delivered product is being confirmed before the first sale, and any tax that applies is shown before you pay.

The Checkup and free checklists

The Financial Fitness Checkup and the free checklists are coming soon. The terms in this section apply once they launch.

The Financial Fitness Checkup scores your answers against a fixed set of rules and returns a general recommendation. It is a starting point for a conversation, not an assessment of your finances, and it does not consider facts you did not enter. The free checklists are general reference lists. Both are provided as is, for education only.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, articles, the Checkup, checklists, product files, logos and design, belongs to EZ Financial Fitness, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, republish, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the site without written permission, except as the digital product license above allows.

Prohibited uses

• Scraping, crawling or copying the site or its content in bulk, by automated means or otherwise.
• Submitting forms with false information, in bulk, or on behalf of someone who did not ask you to.
• Attempting to bypass Turnstile, rate limits or any other protection, or to access another person's order, results or download link.
• Uploading or transmitting anything harmful, unlawful or infringing.
• Using the site in any way that violates applicable law.

Third-party services

Links from this site lead to services operated by others, including the Client Portal (powered by TaxDome), the checkout page (Intuit QuickBooks Payments), scheduling (Calendly) and the newsletter (Mailchimp). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is governed by those documents. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site, the Checkup, the checklists and the digital products are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that any figure or date is current for your situation at the time you read it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZ Financial Fitness, LLC and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site, the Checkup, the checklists or a digital product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a digital product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Our total liability for any other claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes and contact
