Do I need to make quarterly estimated tax payments?

Generally, if you expect to owe $1,000 or more in federal tax after withholding and credits. Georgia has its own test based on income not subject to withholding. The final payment for 2026 is due Friday, January 15, 2027. We calculate your amounts as part of tax strategy or a standalone projection. We do not send generic numbers.

What is the difference between tax preparation and tax strategy?

Preparation reports what already happened and files it accurately. Strategy decides what should happen before the year closes, such as contributions, entity and payroll choices, estimated payments and timing, and writes it down with deadlines. Preparation looks backward. Strategy looks forward.

What does monthly bookkeeping include?

Reconciled bank and credit-card accounts, categorized transactions, a profit and loss statement and balance sheet, and a short written review of what happened and what to watch. Typically you send statements and answer questions by the fifth business day and receive reports by the fifteenth.
